This was the website of our apartment that were moving out of at the end of 2015. It's been long gone now, but we liked the website, so here it is as a record.
We're looking for a new tennant that would take over the larger part of our furniture, since we'll be going on a long trip. Especially nice for people moving to Berlin without stuff.
Location
It's a quick 3 minute walk from S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee and Tram M2, your connection to the Ringbahn, and the M2 tram down to Alexanderplatz.
It's a few minutes walk to the lovely Helmholzplatz, with plenty of great food (and ice cream) nearby.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, has been renovated recently. It has 2 rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and nice neighbours.
Since we cancelled our lease, we'll put you in contact with the landlord, with whom you have to go through the usual procedures.
Kaution/deposit is €2.392,26. Furnishings cost €475 total.
